Sending Policy

We will mark the package as a Gift and may declare smaller value, so you will most likely don`t pay any import taxes. We are not responsible to taxes and fees and don`t collect them.

All items are sent with the tracking number. If you have any questions about the item location during the shipping – you may always contact us.

Item will be sent from Ukraine. We are working in safe place with no risk and your money and package are always 100% insured.

Returns

Please contact us at info@memphiswatches.com before you send out and we will provide you with the address of the storage that is the most close to you for the most comfortable return.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you receive your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After you have sent out very IMPORTANT to contact us with the Tracking information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Full refund is usually made during 2 weeks after we receive the return on our local storage.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at info@memphiswatches.com.
